Summer popsicles!

I love cold and icy treats during the summer. As summer is coming to an end, I grabbed the last few opportunities to make some summery treats. Fruits are everything during the summer, especially the berries. Popsicles are a great way to cool down the heat and also a healthy and yummy snack to eat throughout the summer. I thought I will share with you one of my favourites, yoghurt berry popsicles!

Popsicles are also easy to make too!! It only takes a few ingredients and after a mix, you simply pour them into the moulds and freeze them for a few hours.

I simply spooned some strawberry yoghurt into the popsicles mould and added some blueberries and sliced strawberries to add some taste and make them look insta-worthy ๐Ÿ™‚

These tastes amazing!!! Its also great for breakfast when you are in a hurry or want something simple. You can make it the night before and simply pop them out in the morning and eat them on the go. You can also add some oats or granola to it to add some crunch. As the consistency of yoghurt is a bit thicker, it won’t melt as quick so you will have enough time to finish it before it starts dripping onto your hands and clothes.

This icy treat is a must in summer! Its healthy, yummy and simple. You can also mix and match different fruits and yoghurt or add some nuts to it. Be sure to give it a try as its super easy and simple to make. What is your favourite summer treat?
